About Us

JR Compass LLC was opened just months prior to the pandemic in 2020.  Through hard work and perseverance we were forged to push through any obstacles.  Our background began with work exclusively for TXDOT road construction projects since 2008 and has since diversified through our customers needs throughout the years.  We're proud members of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and as board member and marketing sponsor for the El Paso 8a and Federal contractors committee.  We are excited to provide our partners and new customers unparallel service and products with over 16 years of experience.
